Description of 1964 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210

*RELISTED AGAIN DUE TO NON PAYING BIDDER*

Rare 1964 Chevy full size Belair/ Biscayne body and rolling chassis fitted with full Hotchkis rear high performance upgraded suspension- 1 upper and 2 lower bars, rear springs, and pan hard bar installed. - those performances parts cost over $1000 new.

*** VEHICLE IS LOCATED IN SOMERSET, NJ 08873 *** just off exit 10 of RT#287 or Exit #9 of the NJ Turnpike.

This was the lightest 1964 full size model offered and capable of 11 second 1/4 mile runs if properly equipped. It's all up to you.

Also equipped with an inflatable air bag inside the right rear coil spring for racing applications if so desired.

All glass is good, Windows roll up and down, no engine, transmission, or differential are installed.

Complete assembled rear 3.36 open diff is included but not installed.

it will not move under it's own power to be clear. You cannot drive it

Has power steering complete with pump and lines installed.

The body is originally from Southern Virginia so it doesn't have the same kind of rust as a northeastern car. Rocker panels are solid, as are the bottoms of the doors. The worst rust is in the floor as seen in the photos which is common for these cars. The quarters had lower sections put in a long time ago and are in decent shape for a car of this age.

Vehicle rolls fine for easy loading onto a trailer for transportation. It has no drivetrain so it will not move under it's own power to be clear. You cannot drive it

If I can find the ignition key I will include it but currently have not looked for it.

Vehicle has no interior - a blank canvas for whatever you desire. Floors have some holes - please see pictures. What you see is what you get.

Vehicle is an original biscayne model and includes the original vin plate and body tag that were removed for restoration at some point and are present and included with the vehicle. There is no title for the original vin but comes with a clean NJ title, ( Not junk or salvage) a matching vin plate, and cowl tag - all matching for a 1964 Belair 2 door sedan that was scrapped due to bad rot and was not repairable. This vehicle is a direct match in style.

The Belair was just a different trim level with different side mouldings.

Vehicle is available for inspection upon request and is located in NJ 08873.

Weekend pickup works best for me so if bidding please plan accordingly.

Also included is a 1963 Steering column and dash which is pictured.

The last photo is of the suspension on the frame when the body was off.
