1939/40 Chevy Rat Rod up for auction. a 350 SBC with Turbo 350 tranny that was gone over by a local transmission shop to fix a leak. Cab was chopped by previous owner and has suicide doors. Since I've owned it my family has done full body off overhaul. Frame was strengthened, bed was welded together along with custom taillights using Cadillac lens, and was painted flat black (as a true rat rod should be) with red accents on front and rear. It has air bags in the rear to raise or lower for the perfect stance. Truck does *NOT* have a title as of now. It was submitted to the PA DMV but the trouble we're running into is that they want the fuel tank relocated and the headers fully wrapped. This has been a couple year project with my Dad and brother which was definitely time well spent and I love how it has turned out but it's time to move on.
