Description of 1965 Chevrolet Nova SS

You are looking at a 1965 Nova SS. This was originally a 6 cylinder car andwas inmany pieces when I got it. It have been garaged for over 16 years. This is an original GA car and I believe it was bought from a dealer in Laweranceville. I don't have the time to complete this.
I have made many modifications but all to improve the car and still keep streetabilityas the end goal. I have all the sheet metal and it is original. The grill, bumpers, headlights and bezels are all available. Starting at the front of the car:
    • Heidt's Front Suspension and mounting. This was professionally powder coated, includes power rack and pinion steering, big disk brakes and adjustable coil over QA1 front shocks.
    • A complete Painless wiring harness is installed. Un-needed wiringwasremoved to clean it up. Wiring to the front of the cat are hidden in the fender to keep the engine area clean. Minimum wiring is exposed.
    • The engine is a 1998 Camaro LS1 (about 67,000 miles were on it) with much of the emissions apparatus removed. The headers, serpentine belt system are from Street and Performance. They also polished the throttle body and valve covers. The ECM has been revised to eliminate the anti-theft features so the vehicle could run.
    • The transmission is stock from the 1998 Camaro.
    • The AC system is installed but isn't charges and the compressor is spinning free. All the controls are available but not installed.
    • The interior is mainly complete. The factory sound deadening has been removed. Sound / heat mat has been installed.Camaro front seats were installed and the dash has been setup and wired for Dakota Digital insert. A shifter has been installed which is compatible with the transmission. The ECM hadbeen mounted in the glove box area. The interior side panels are available You will need to find a headliner. All the glass is installed and operable.
    • The rear end is a TCI 4 link with a Ford 9 inch rear and 3.7:1 gears. Disc brakes and an emergency brake connected to the factory handle complement stopping power. The brakes are power assist. Rear shocks are also coil over adjustable.
    • The gas tank is set up with an exterior high pressure pump and filter to feed the engine. The fuel system is set up with a return line, pressure regulator and a gauge in the engine compartment.
Althoughthe exterior is painted blue, it needs to be removed. there is good primer underneath. Now the best part. You get to pick your own color(s).The same for the interior. You can finish it as you wish.
I have a 3inch notebook that is full of receipts, instructions, pamplets, etc. for this car. All that goes with the car. Nothing will be held back. If a part belongs onthe car it is going with it.I canprobably document over $20,000 invested to date.
NOTE: As a point of clarity, the car isn't currently fully assembled. The hood and front assembly isn't installed but it is movable under its own power. The pictures of the full assembly were frombefore I started the front and rear changes.
