Description for Chevrolet C-10 1969

1969 chevy c10 shortbed, bought this as a titled original shorted (not cut frame) rolling chassis, remove 6 lug front member and rear axle. and installed 5 lug rear 12 bolt axle. with newer rear brake lining, and newer installed eaton posi. installed front 5 lug front member assembly . cpp drop spindle and front and rear cpp lowering springs, new brake rotors, bearings, and calipers new booster and master cylinder, truck sits on stock rallys with new 255/70/15’s all the way around less than 1000 miles on them.I pressure cleaned and coated frame with several coats of por15. all new beltech shocks on all 4.replaced rear u-bolts, installed new boyds welding aluminum tank and sender. in rear frame, eliminated one in cab, welded filler hole on cab for cleaner look.all new high pressure rubber fuel line, new built one piece drive line, ran corvette external style fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator, engine and trans is from 99 ws6 camaro, ls1 and 4l60e 4 speed auto, i bought the car running and know the mileage was 91,000. i have documented pics of car running and mileage prior to myself removing from the ws6 sent computer and harness for reprogram and reworking of harness to ls based solutions in portland. motor is all stock besides headers. and programming, since truck has been on road in last month have had dynotuned at recent ls motor shop and got 355 at rear wheels and estimated 460 at engine, had all trans tuned as well for firm solid shifting, truck runs strong!! the complete cab and front clip less pass door came from a complete truck i purchased out of eastern washington that has been sitting on a farmers property for the last 17 years. i went this route cause this cab and front clip had the most minimal rust of several i looked at and had the patina i was looking for. there very little cancerous rust on this cab, outer rockers have 2 or 3 spots about 2 mm with holes. and the rf fender has some in the lower usual spot, the rest is solid, installed new inner fenders and battery trey upon assembly. all cab and radiator support mounts are new and hardware is new. the passenger door on the the cab i got was dented beyond repairs so i found the best matching green one and replaced, the bed is unfortantly a shortened short bed, but the frame is not. got out of oregon and did the best we could to fouxtina match natural patina of cab. i have not installed any clear coat on at this point. all new complete exhaust done very nicely with flow master. exhaust goes through crossmember not under. tucked up in there very clean .
