Hi and thanks for looking. I am selling my 1992 Camaro Z28. This car has spent it's whole life in California, solid no rust car. I recently purchased it to get it back on the road. It was sitting for a few years and needed some TLC. This car has some great options, including original CD player (rare for a 1992), power mirrors, power locks, power seat, 5.7L 350 L98 engine, G92 performance axle 3.42 posi, cruise control. The car is in pretty good shape, the interior is clean no rips or tears. The dash is cracked, but there is a nice dash pad over it. The exterior could use a new paint job, the clear coat is peeling on a number of spots, and there is a small dent in the drivers rear panel, along with some minor scratches.Here is a list of parts that I have repaired on the car in the last 3 months. New battery, New rear brakes, include 2 new calipers, and pads, rotors were just cut. I have installed new BMR performance sway bars 32mm solid front and 25mm hollow rear. The car handles great. The car has had a recent oil change, wipers replace, all light bulbs replaced. I put on 2 new hood struts to keep the hood from falling. I had the drivers door hinge replaced, due to a wore out hinge that was sagging the door. Opens and closes nicely now. I had a driveshaft pinion seal replaced. The cap and rotor were both just replaced with MSD performance parts. I have a MSD coil that has not been put on yet, but will be included with the car. The car does have K&N drop in filters and a performance airfoil in the intake. This car has the dual cat set-up, but the cats needed to be replaced, I had them removed, so check your local laws on emissions. I also put in a Hypertech chip 160 degree thermostat, and new upper radiator hose.
This really is a nice car, but still needs a little more TLC to get it in top shape. The tires are going to need to be replaced they are dry rotted from the sun. The weatherstripping needs to be replaced around the doors as well. This is a 24 year old car so there are some shakes and rattles, but the car runs and drives. It has great power, the engine runs smooth, and transmission shifts smooth as well. I am driving the car on nice days so the mileage will be going up. This is a fun car to drive and I am just looking to get my money back out of it to begin a new project.
