Selling my beautiful 1987 Silverado 4x4. Blue on blue, with a the most attractive two-tone paint available that year. 350ci V8 with TBI, 700R4 automatic transmission with overdrive, and automatic front 4x4 hubs. This is a north Georgia truck with zero rust ever and a laser straight body - all original metal. The original owner passed away a few years after buying it new and it was left to sit. Although extremely low miles, the truck was frame-on restored in 2012 to make it show quality. The bed was stripped and rotissarie painted but the cab stayed on the frame in order to preserve the factory driving characteristics, it needed nothing. The engine and transmission were both rebuilt to factory specs at that time. It runs and drives like a new truck. Has new fuel tanks, fuel lines, brakes, carpet, seat cover, and BF Goodrich tires. Everything on this truck is in working order except for the AC (needs to be hooked up). Even the cruise control works. I've put almost 2k miles on this truck this summer, I'd trust it to drive anywhere in the country. You'll notice in the pictures that I've chosen not to repaint and detail the engine bay or undercarriage. This is because the factory paint and finishes are in such great shape and I appreciate the originality. This truck has nothing to hide. You can't stop for gas in this truck without someone paying a compliment to its condition. I rate the paint at 9.9. It was done right, you can read a news paper in the reflection.
