Description of 1994 Chevrolet Astro CUSTOM CONVERSION

Let me tell you all I know about this fine van. First - the mileage does need to be addressed. The previous owner claims (and sent me a proof of replacement engine). At 120582 the engine went out. He completely replaced it with a new one ( not rebuilt) and the new engine has 34,000 miles of used on it. The van runs super now. He claimed to own the van from brand new.
I purchased it from a northern person who exaggerated about about both air/conditioners. He told me both A/C's were so cold that they would drive me out of the van. It has front and rear air conditioning. In Fla. (where I live) the a/c is very important due to the constant heat. He assured me that the vans dual a/c worked super. That statement was probably true at some time--but not anymore. After a 900.00 expense to replace it all -- it will now drive me out of it. I have the proof of the repaired expense and glad to provide it. I also have receipts of everything I'm telling you.
This is the extended length version of this Chevy Astro van and has a fine IMPERIAL conversion package in it. It has 4 captains seats in it with a bed in the rear for additional comfort. It has dual a/c's that will now drive you out of it and a 4,3L V6 engine. It will seat 7 adults comfortably. It has all power features that a conversion like this can have. Listening each and all would take too long. I've had 4 BRAND NEW tires installed as the old tire were fine but had some rot to them. The new tires have 8 miles on them. The van colors are white and teal and could use a new paint job as the hood is chipping away (see picture #6). It needs a good interior bath as well. If I were to keep it I'd have a 1,000.00 re-paint job done so it would be all I'd ever want. I've decided to sell it and take my losses now instead of waiting it out. Also, this van will fit in any garage instead of renting a space.
I wanted it for weekend getaways but after spending a ton of money- I've lost interest. With the price of the van, the 700.00 having it shipped from Baltimore, hundreds (450.00) in brand new tires, 450.00 servicing the motor ( with hoses, etc.) and almost a 1,000.00 in a/c replacement I have over 7500.00 in it. Time to cut my losses and move it to someone who'll repaint it and have a fine customized van in their garage. And will have a lot less money than I do in it.
As far as I know- it's ready for long term family use after it's repainted. Everything seems to work fine.. I honestly will say that I'd drive it from Fla. to New York without any hesitation.
ONE LAST IMPORTANT NOTE TO KNOW;
IF YOU ARE A WHOLESALER, USE A SALES TAX EXEMPT NUMBER OR A USED CAR DEALER- PLEASE MOVE ON AND HAUNT THE NEXT SELLER. I WILL NOT DEAL WITH YOU. THESE CLOWNS SEEM TO THINK THEY CAN BUY ANY VEHICLE FOR FIVE CENTS AND SELL IT FOR 10,000.00. NOT HAPPENING HERE . MOVE ON CLOWNS.!!!!!
HAPPY BIDDING
