1980 Chevy Monza SpyderFeatured on Discovery Channels Fat and FuriousAlso used as a Summit Racing Promo car
Well the time has come to let a piece of H-BODY history go. I amofficiallyselling my 19080 Monza that was featured on Fat and Furious and is also used as a Summit Racing Promo car. Tommy and the guys from Christmas Auto did an amazing job making my dream come true for a special person in my life by building this amazing machine. it was featured on the show with a 454 small block Chevy blue print motor, nos, 350 turbo cyclone transmission, summit wheels, and all the other great products that were provided from Summit Racing. The Monza is currently a rolling chassis now as we have used the motor in another project BUT is equipped with a Spyder Racing Mopar 8 3/4 rear end that bolts up to the factory location. The paint and brand new vinyl stickers fromPhoenix Graphics still look amazing and draws eyes where ever the car is. The body is super solid and all glass is in great shape. Since the show has ended we have put carpet, factory blue doorpanels, and factory blue seats back into it. The show also featured it getting a aftermarket fuel cell, which is no longer in place as we have the stock fuel tank ( thats in great shape ) to go with it. Winning bidder will also be given the rest of the interior minus headliner to put back into the car, if they choose too. They will also get a set of Spyder Racing frame connectors if they choose to want tostiffenthe car up more. All factorysuspensionis still in place, v8 headers will be include, and brakes have already beenconvertedto a ford 5 lug conversion. Monster Tach from Autometer and other aftermarket gauges will be left in the car as well as the factorygauges.
The Monza is super clean which is hard to find in itself and is a true 1980 Monza Spyder factorysunroofcar. Don't let a piece of H-BODY history slip through your hands ladies andgentleman.It will be sold with a reserve and buyer is to make all shippingarrangements.
