1985 C4 Corvette Hatchback Coupe with Targa Top - Tuned Ported Injection - Z51 Handling Package 5.7 L Engine with Tuned Ported Injection Z51 Handling Package ZR1 Rims are worth $1000 dollars New BF Goodrich tires in the back are worth $500 dollars Scale Weight 3088 LBS They only made 1,034 1985 C4 Corvettes with this color blue I added the NADA values for this 1985 C4 Corvette Coupe Needs rod bearings or you will have to replace the engine, battery and steering knuckle and windshield and a some TLC here and there. NOTE: When this high performancetransmission was replaced a couple of years ago into this 1985 C4 Corvette and the throttle was put to the floor, the car lunged off the ground due to the massive torque this transmission puts out and it began to knock on the bottom end of the engine. It was shut down immediately so that tells me it can be fixed by replacingthe bearings. I have not had the time to inspect the crankshaft to know. It might need a complete crankshaft and bearing kit. I doubt that; but have no proof so that is why I added replacing the bearings or engine. I'm totally an honest person. I don't have the time to find out because I have 13 other vehicleson my property I am working on. I'm a 40 year ASE automotive technician. I bought this Corvette for an investment; but it looks like I am going to lose on it due to the fact I just don't have the time to work on it. It is a really nice Corvette. The Transmission has been replaced with only 10,000 miles on it with a custom high performance shift kit built into it The low retail value for this Corvette is $6,210.00 dollars.
