Description of 1961 Chevrolet Impala

Beautifully Restored '61 Chevy Impala Convertible/ Needs nothing! I am listing this vehicle for a friend in my car club. His computer is down and he doesn't know how to list a car on EBay. This car is in near Mint condition! If you like to win trophies at car shows. I am certain this Chevy will do that for you. I've known this car owner for many years and every car that I've known him to own has rivaled most "professionally restored" that I've seen. There won't be any disappointments for the bidder that wins this auction. The current owner got this Chevy from another car guy who had started to restore it but lost interest after a period of time. So my friend completed the job. He has some. but not all. receipts. papers. and documents to support the work done. This is what I know about the work. Rebuilt Big Block 348 c. i. engine bored . 060" over. Transmission changed from standard 3-speed to rebuilt 3-speed with overdrive. Front disc brakes installed. Changed to newer style power steering. (No slave cylinder to leak!) Many new parts replaced on front suspension. Power top motor and all lines replaced. Vintage Air & Heat unit installed and in good working order. Complete new Cars brand interior installed. OEM style to match the exterior. Look closely at the pictures to see what a nice restoration this is! Driven very little since restoration. 861 miles. This thing is like a new car!I have stated about everything that I know about this car; I drove it twice. Runs. drives and handles well. I asked the owner why in the world he would want to sell it and he told me that his hip is bothering him and making it uncomfortable to work the clutch. He has a '62 Chevy with a modern 700R4 automatic and a '70 Chevelle with TH-350 automatic transmission that he usually drives when we go on car trips.
