Selling my dream project. 1985 Chevy K2500 suburban 4x4. Body had 100,000 original miles on it when we started the build summer of 2015.Everything new has 1100 miles in it now. Pulled out 350 and installed a new GM Performance 383 stroker motor, Headman long tube headers, FAST efi kit with handheld tuner, full header back 3" dual exhaust with magnaflow stainless mufflers, all new converted 134A air conditioning including all hoses and compressor. New OEM gauges and bulbs with circuit board in dash, new fuel tank with electric fuel pump for efi system, new water pump, alternator, optima yellow top battery, starter, brake booster, master cyl, pads and rotors up front, new drums and shoes on back, transmission and t-case all fully re built by local shop, new posi diff up front, limited slip in back, new axle bearings along with u joints in axles and driveshaft. Warn premium manual lockout hubs. Larger 4 core alum radiator up front with dual electric fans for extra cooling. New 4" all leaf spring lift, dual shock option up front, 5 new aluminum wheels with 35" Cooper STT pro tires all with Discount warrantys. Interior is original, tan carpet and front bucket seats. One crack in dash up top. New rear door gaskets installed. I do have but not installed yet: new front door panels, custom carpeted lexan plastic rear cargo door panels, Alpine CD player stereo with power pack alpine amp and 4 infinity 400 watt 6x9 speakers, all new door gaskets and window felts for all 4 doors. Also new insulation for under hood.Includes new hi-lift jack. New HD full replacement front and rear bumpers with receivers and wheel to wheel running boards. Led light bar and 4- KC hi-lite led lights on grill guard. Truck runs like a top! Sweet turn n go with the efi, cold front and rear AC, will crawl over anything and go anywhere. Very well mannered on the highway. Cruise control, everything works. Paints still shiny with very very minimal surface only rust in the usual spots, very minimal but can't say non.Texas truck since new.Pm thru eBay for more pics of desired areas. |
