Description of 1984 Chevrolet Celebrity 4-door sedan

Up for sale is my factory 4 speed manual, 1984 Chevrolet Celebrity Eurosport clone with 97,493 original miles. This Celebrity was purchased from a gentleman in Iowa whose family owned it since new, and whose father was a 30+ year auto mechanic and performed the service on the car over the years. I bought this car and had it shipped to me sight unseen, and was quite surprised at how truly nice it is when it arrived. From my understanding and judging from how clean the car is top to bottom, I don’t doubt the previous owner’s claim about storing it in the winter seeing how road salt eats up pretty much any car these days. I collect oddball/rare cars from the 80s and I knew I had to have this one in my collection. Sadly I had to move last year once my lease was up, and the house I bought only has a two-car garage, not enough to keep my entire collection inside. And with storage unit prices near me at $150-175 a month, I cannot afford to keep everything which is why I need to liquidate a few vehicles, this being one of the ones to go. Some of the options on this car include:

- 2.5L Fuel Injected Iron Duke 4 cyl engine (I’ve been averaging 34-36mpgs when I was daily driving it)
- Factory 4 speed manual transmission
- Newer flywheel and clutch kit done about 10k miles ago
- Timing gears/chain replaced a few months ago
- Newer front struts
- Professional repaint a few years ago, GM/Cadillac color (80s Cadillac charcoal grey metallic) with color matched bumpers and side trim
- ‘Eurosport’ badging on the sides and correct style on the trunk (red lettering)
- ‘Eurosport’ red stripe around the vehicle with proper blacked out trim (handles, locks, window moldings, grille, headlight bezels, etc)
- Original chrome grille and headlight bezels included
- Rear spoiler is from a Firebird
- NOS ‘Celebrity’ script mudflaps (just installed)
- Full factory trunk carpeting
- Ziebart brand sunroof (Does not leak)
- New headliner
- Steering wheel is from a Chevy Cavalier
- Factory ‘Shift Up’ light label on the driver side visor, as well as a factory ‘Shift Up’ light on the dash
- Lumina LTZ wheels with newer directional tires (approx. 1000 miles on them)
- Original steel wheels with original hubcaps are included
- (5) sandblasted/primered Eurosport wheels are available if you want them in place of the original steel wheels, pictures can be taken upon request
- Period correct/original style AM/FM Delco radio (removed from another Celebrity, original was just an AM radio)
- NOS halogen low beam headlights that are properly aimed
- Newer battery, alternator, plugs, wires, and Dynomax muffler
- Recent oil change at 96,900 miles with Valvoline Max High Mileage 5W-30
- A few other spare parts included are two throttle body injections, a front turn signal lens, original rear speakers
- 1984 Celebrity dealer brochure included
- Spare tire has never been used, and is complete with the jack and lug wrench
- Heat works great
- A/C needs a recharge, had a local shop look at it and figured it would wait till after winter
- Two sets of keys (2 door keys, 2 ignition keys)
- Fresh coat of Eagle One Nano-wax on 2/7/2017

This Celebrity comes with a CLEAN PA TITLE and currently has PA Antique plates on it. Everything stated above is to the best of my knowledge. During my time with the car I have had zero issues, and it would fire right up regardless of the temperature outside. Even fired right up back in January when it was a whopping 3 degrees outside!! It will start right up, drive straight, stop on a dime, and handle like a dream with the Lumina wheel/tire combo. I have the pictures of the car when it was in its original White color, as well as pictures before, during, and after the repaint.

More pictures can be taken upon request, and the vehicle can be inspected/ looked over by any potential buyer or third party inspector. The car is located in Allison Park, PA right off the PA Turnpike exit 39. I have the car listed locally too and I will have the right to remove the ad if the cars sells here. I am selling the 1984 Celebrity AS-IS, with no warranty stated or implied. The vehicle is 33 years old, however, it operates exactly as it should and I wouldn’t be afraid to drive it anywhere. I will also work with you if you need the car shipped, but the cost is on the buyer. After full payment is made, vehicle will need to be removed from my property within 10 days, or on the 11th day forward, a $20 per day storage fee will be charged. I only do this since I have had buyers pay for vehicles I’ve sold them, and then 5 weeks later they finally come collect their car when they ‘feel’ like it. I will work with the buyer, but at the same time I appreciate the vehicle being picked up in a timely manner so I do not have to charge a storage fee.
