Description of 1989 Chevrolet Corvette Base Convertible 2-Door

Up for sale is this very nice, well maintained, great driving, 1989 Chevrolet Corvette C4 with removable targa top. Owned by a collector and always garage kept. 115k actual miles and only driven 18,000 miles in the past 10 years.
I am the third owner (clean Carfax). The color is bright red with tan leather seats. The leather is in very good shape except for one tear and minor bolster wear on the outside of the drivers seat. Custom Corvette cloth seat covers have been installed to protect the original leather. The removable dark charcoal glass targa top was recently replaced and is like-new (comes with a carrying case).
The car starts up first time, every time and runs great. The engine is the standard L98, 350 cu in, 250 hp V8). All electronics are functioning properly. The entire heating and a/c system was rebuilt in 2011 (records and receipts with car). Other service done on the car the past five years, in addition to regular oil changes and tire rotations:

The body looks great and is in wonderful condition... only very minor, hardly noticeable dings and scratches, significantly nicer than a typical car of this vintage. A small area under the front lights was peeling and has been touched up and factory matched. All glass is excellent and tinted.

Local inspections encouraged with an appointment. The car is located in Central Virginia, near Charlottesville, about 2 hours drive southwest of Washington D.C. Fly in and drive home- I'm two miles from CHO, Charlottesville Airport.
