Description of 1988 Chevrolet S-10 Sports Edition

This has been my truck for the past 15 years. The truck was originally purchased by an auto body shop in Illinois. I got it from a guy whose wife had a second child so they needed a bigger vehicle hense I am third owner. Everything is original including the paint, interior, motor, and decals. I maintained and protected this truck with dash mat( no cracks in original dash), seat covers( originals underneather with no tears), streeing wheel cover( original leather wheel in great condition), covered and garaged( original black w/ silver paint in overall good condition with minor chips to be expected after 28 years, changed oil and tranny fluid, Put on an alternator/ serpentine belt a couple of years ago. Had the injectors rebuilt awhile back, all terian tires, muffler system, etc. any time something needed to be done I either did the work myself or had a competant mechanic do it.As to the issue of rust there only one small spot on the right front fender which was there when I got the truck and has not changed abit. Also on the bottom edge of the driver's door there is a bit that should be taken care of and a tinsy bit on the rear right rocker panel that looks like sirface only. All of these I tried to capture in the photos so if you need more info send me a question. TheAC unit could use a charge since I have not used it in a couple of year but the compressor does engage.. The mileage is original and documented in the original owners manual whenever I needed to do any maintaince. If you are looking for an original survior that has not been monkeyed with, customized( custom guys are ok but I like to keep my vehicles factory correct), and maintained it would be hard to find another one this nice. My only reason for selling is that I am going to move from Mexico to Thailand. So it's time to let go of some of my prized possessions. Truck is currently in San Miguel de Allende from where I will be driving to Laredo(600 miles)to bring the truck back. So if you are located somewhere between Laredo and St Louis I could deliver it to you. Otherwise you would either have to have it shipped to your location from St Louis. I will be making the journey in March sometime so a deposit of 500 via Paypal and the balance in person or ACH transfer to my bank before shipping. You will need to have a little bit of patience about delivery date as I can not just drop everything and drive to the border. Now if you happen to be a Mexican buyer then you would have to come to San Miguel de Allende to pick it up cash in hand.Any questions please email or if you wish to discuss the truck I can email my cell number is 6185099525 or MX number if (52)415 1547391.There is a fibreglass camper shell that is included. Also the truck bed has scatches and wear/ tear typical for a truck. There is a rubber mat on the bed that is a heavy duty type. I forgot to mention that you get the original GM floor mats and owner's manual/maintance schudule too. The more information I type the less I want to sell it but I can't take it with me so my loss is your gain.PS. The little red cylinder you see in the engine photo is my AHHOUGGA horn which I shall remove...sorry but that little gem has been with me since my 1963 Corvair in high school and I refuse to part with it!
