Description of 1993 Chevrolet S-10 4x4 Off Road Package

This is a clean & rust free 1993 Chevrolet S-10 4X4. Low original miles ( 91,XXX ), has the 4.3 liter V6. Overall this truck is in very good condition for its age, no rust, no body damage, interior is in good shape. I bought this truck about 3 years ago to use as a hunting/fishing/camping truck, but really have not used it very much.
It comes with a very heavy duty camper shell with locking door, (previous owner said he paid $1,200 for the shell new). I also will include the original tail gate that is also in great shape ( no dents or rust ) if you want to remover the shell. Overall this is a very solid and good running truck, I've taken it on 4-5 hour trips with no problems what so ever. It is 24 years old, so it is far from perfect, but I will try to include all details I can about it.
Not in a real hurry to sell, but make me an offer if you are interested, I also may be open to trades, let me know what you have.
The Good:

Tires are good, 2 are brand new with less than 200 miles on them, 2 are a few years old but good tread
Comes with Aluminum Locking Door Camper Shell - Very Solid.
Original Tailgate is included(Not picturedbut its in perfect shape)
New shocks all around less than 200 miles on them
No oil leaks, No coolant leaks, No overheating, Does not burn oil, Passes emissions (AZ)
Motor runs great, transmission shifts great.
Fuel pump was replacedby prior owner
Tilt, Cruise Control, A/C
Clean AZ Title in Hand
Current on emissions

The Bad

Needs AC compressor - So no AC at the moment
Dash has some cracking from the sun, not completely trashed, but some cracks - currentlyhave a dash cover on it
Stereo works intermittently
Engine has a valve lifter ticking (common for the 4.3)
Will need a tune up soon, still has all the original plugs, wires, pc on it
Inside door armrests have been replaced so they are Black instead of brown.
Front brakes are new, rear brakes will need to be replaced soon
Air noise when you drive at freeway speeds due to dry window seals (AZ sun)
Windshield has a crack along the top, not in view, but will need to be replaced
Light Switch can be finicky, and sometimes the windshield wipers turn on when you turn on the blinker (common with s-10)
Parking Brake Light does not shut off - as in pic.
Its Dirty, Sorry didn't shine it up for the pics.

Local pickup, or shipping is ok.I drive it from time to time so mileage my change slightly, very, very slightly.
