Description of 1981 Chevrolet C-10 Silverado

Clean and original 1981 Chevrolet C-10 Silverado Edition with Factory Air Conditioning. Have original Manuals, Build Sheet and Paperwork.
Original 305 V8 Engine 4V and Automatic Transmission.
All there, very well maintained with recent installation of new fuel tank, alternator, air condition compressor, components and lines, tune up and brakes.
The truck runs, drives and shiftsvery nicely. Strong, smooth and quiet, almost feels like a sedan going down the road with a very nice suspension.
2nd owner - purchased in 2014 with 103k miles. Odometer currently reads 22,965 (actual mileage 122, 965).
Original owner took great care of the truck and always had it garage parked. He reluctantly sold it due to his age and diminished driving vision. He had an original color repaint done about 13 years ago. This was a quality smooth gloss repaint which still has an amazing shine to it. There are some normal scratches and dings here and there and he did hit a road sign which put a small dent in the front bumper and on the front end as you will see in the photos. There is only one very small rust spot on the lower front of the passenger side fender, also shown in the photos. There is no other rust or body filler on the truck. The inside of the bed has the original factory paint and the seam sealer around the bed edges is the original sealer which has lost the paint.
The undercarriage and frame are extremely clean and original, showing only light surface rust in some places. Same to be said for the engine bay and engine. Extremely clean and original.
Interior is original and clean. Has a couple of cracks on the dash and normal age wear on the driver side of the bench seat. Gauges are all working except for the voltage gauge. All interior and exterior lights work. Left turn signal has to be disengaged manually. AC is cold and heater is hot.
Condition of a used vehicle is subjective but I do not hesitate to say that this is an excellent truck considering the age and others I've seen in the same class. I believe the new owner will not be disappointed.
