1970 Chevelle with all the SS 396 Badges and Interior Call for more information: 219-253-8356 This car is for sale locally and we reserve the right to end the auction any time. BODY: Very solid and straight. The paint is not perfect, but it does shine up nice. Put the motor in and drive as is or give it a paint job with very little body work needed. This car had many panels replaced with GM sheet metal before painting. There is almost no mud in this car. Some cars get so much mud on them a magnet will not stick, but this car is very straight and clean. INTERIOR: The interior is nice. Seats are all in good shape. Dash is in good shape. Headliner is in good shape with a few little spots. It has a very nice center console. It has a Vintage Sound Stereo (Not 100% Sure). with a Sony disk changer in the trunk. The Carpet on the drivers side is somewhat discolored (See Video). MOTOR AND TRANSMISSION: *. *. This car comes with a fresh 396 short block with a Detroit Thumper Cam. The heads have been reworked and are still in the bags. The Transmission is a Turbo 400 with a 3500 RPM Stall and is ready to go. The rear end is a GM 12 Bolt with aftermarket heavy duty axles and an Eaton posi unit with 3.73 Gears. Comes with Headers and Full Magna Flow Exhaust and X Pipe. CHASSIS AND SUSPENSION: The Chassis is very clean with no rust damage. Floor pans are very good. Rear Suspension has been updated with Coil Over Shocks and Sway bar. The prior owner said the the front Suspension had been completely gone through also.
