1962 Corvette Roman Red Resto-mod. Restoration in work and UNFINISHED. Considered a 10 footer, looks good, runs EXCELLENT. Auction reserve priced BELOW NADA LOW RETAIL VALUE.Currenty being driven on breakin after rebuild. Fresh total rebuild of 1965 327 CI with upgraded high performance lifters pushrods and roller tappets, double hump high performance heads completely overhauled and upgraded with hardend exhaust valve seats for unleaded fuel use, new engine / transmission mounts.Transmission is NEW TCI Streetfighter with matching TCI Torque Convertor (currenty 300 miles since re-build). New B&M Ratchet shifter, new rear wheel bearings, seals, universal joints, transmission yoke and balanced driveshaft, recent overhauled 4:11 Ratio Posi-trac differential with new clutches, new upgraded cooling system with electric thermostatic controlled fan. Racing transmission cooler, Sound / heat barrier (dynomat) and new carpet, American Racing Wheels and Caps, low mileage tires 14" Front 15" rear. Chrome 100 amp alternator, air filter, oil fill tube, fresh air duct. New battery, cables, battery box, New Pertonix Flamethrower 2 Distributor, Coil, Cap, Rotor, Wires and Plugs. Spin on oil filter. New brakes drums, cylinders, shoes, hoses, lines. MANY OTHER NEW PARTS installed. (the list goes on and on, way too many to list here) Some new parts will be included but uninstalled weatherstiping etc). Body, glass, paint, chrome and stainless all in FAIR/GOOD condition (requires some reconditioning) Needs heater/defrost hooked up, no wonderbar radio, no package tray, and left windshield wiper needs repair. Hardtop included but needs restoration (some top resto parts provided.) (no rag-top) many resto-mod receipts for repairs and parts previously installed provided along with maintenance manuals.
