We proudly offer this 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454/450hp Built LS6 4-Speed Manual Transmission in Cranberry Red with Black Stripes over a Black vinyl interior. The odometer currently reads 71,998 miles which we believe to be accurate. This 1970 Chevelle SS 454 features a 454 c.i./450hp V8 Engine, Date-Correct Carburetor with Snorkel Intake, Cowl Induction Hood, Muncie 4-Speed Manual Transmission, Hurst Shifter, Power Front Disc and Rear Drum Brakes, Power Steering, and 12-Bolt Rear End with 3.55:1 Positraction. Fresh drivetrain built to LS6 specs in 2014. Very few miles since completion. This build includes a period correct replacement block that has been restamped with matching numbers. It is not the original block. FEES:All sales are subject to a flat $195 Documentary Fee, a $40.75 Texas State Inspection Fee and a Texas vehicle Inventory Tax based on .002133 of the purchase price. Ex: $10,000 purchase = $21.33 VIT Taxes.
Texas residents pay 6.25% sales tax and registration fees. Out-of-state buyers may register and pay applicable taxes in their home state.
The buyer is responsible for ALL SHIPPING COSTS.
TERMS:Auction Policies Winning bidder must contact the dealership and submit deposit within 48 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 7 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-list or sell the vehicle in the event of a non-paying bidder.

It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Harris County, Texas.
