Description of 1971 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu

This is a beautiful California restomod 1971 Chevelle. Original CA blue licence plates still on the car. Owned this car since 2009, but like most cars we own, I've lost interest and ready to start another project. From the best of my knowledge the car has been in the central valley area of California for it's entire life. Car was built in Van Nuys California (back when California made cars). It's a real gem being that California cars are becoming harder and harder to find and many people just wont sell them.Vehicle went through a frame on restoration in 2010-2014 which includes the majority of the work/parts listed below. Car also received a nice custom color paint job which makes it unique compared to your average Chevelle. Car had minimal rust during frame on restoration and any surface rust found was wire wheeled, cleaned and painted with rust neutralizer. Car is a nice head turner driver car and not a trailer queen. I enjoyed many car shows and had lots of fun driving her. By no means is this car flawless, but it has been garage kept and treated as she should since I owned her. This is not your typical Ebay flip car, I'll be lucky to break even due to the lengthy list of name brand parts that were installed.Stack of receipts totaling tens of thousands of dollars will be given to the successful buyer.
Powertrain:
Reliable GM performance ZZ4 crate motor (355hp/ 405ft-lbs torque). Engine was bought new in 2010 and has averaged less than 500 miles per year since installed. Hedman ceramic coated headers, Flowmaster dual exhaust, Optima battery, electric fan, 130 amp alternator, new engine wiring harness.Transmission is a rebuilt turbo 350 with mild shift kit and 2,000 rpm stall converter.Differential is stock with 3:08 highway cruising gears. Averaged 18mpg on road trips.

Vintage Air sure fit air conditioning with polished compressor. Dakota Digital VHX gauges. JL Audio 5.5" front speakers in Q-Logic kick panels, JL audio 5"x7" rear speakers in rear deck (package tray), 3-10" JL Audio subs w/ 500watt amp. Sony head unit with aux and Ipod hookup. All floor panels covered in sound deadening material for great acoustics. Original tilt column. Foose Nitrous Legends Wheels - 18"x 9" rear, 18"x 7" front wrapped in Nitto NT555 275/40 rear, 245/40 front. Front disc brake conversion. Viper alarm system.

Front- 2" drop spindles, Hellwig sway bar, New coil springs, Edelbrock shocks, new ball joints and control arm bushings, Proforged steering components.Rear - CPP trailing arms, rear sway bar, Edelbrock shocks, new 1" drop springs.Rides smooth and tight!
Interior:
Mostly built to look stock with the exception of the Grant steering wheel and Dakota Digital gauges. New dash harness. New trim pieces throughout including door panels, headliner, Soft Seal weather stripping, door hardware. Nice quiet interior because of the sound deadening material used which makes long road trips easier to handle. Plus the Vintage Air keeps you nice and comfortable and allows you to close the windows and enjoy the smooth quiet ride.
Exterior:
New SS cowl hood, custom metallic paint with metallic strips. New front and rear bumpers, front and rear light assemblies, door handles, mirror, grill.
