Description of 1952 Chevrolet Styleline Deluxe

For sale I have my 1952 Chevy Styleline Deluxe 2dr sedan. Its a very solid straight rust free car. I believe it spent most of its life in Kentucky. The right rear floor pan has been replaced by me and the rest of the floors were very good. The old lacquer paint I believe was redone back in the 1960's and shows its age, lots of patina. The front bumper is driver quality and the rear is nice. All the chrome and stainless is very nice and the grille is almost perfect. The interior is new and its bright red as you can see in the pictures. The dash is black and red base coat and the trim is red base coat with flat clear coat over it all. The steering wheel is from a 1961 Impala and there is a tilt column that's all painted to match. The original gauges and dash lights all work like they should. Under the hood the fender wells, the duct work, radiator support and brackets have been powder coated semi gloss black. The mechanics are all new or rebuilt. The motor is probably one of the last 235's built by Chevrolet, Date coded December 12 1963. The block has been bored 60 over and uses Clifford pistons and the rotating assembly has been balanced. The head is rebuilt and has a mild porting job. The cam is a mild Howard cam and has been degreed. The intake is a Clifford with 2 Webber 2 barrel carburetors. It has a split fenton exhaust manifold with duel 2 1/2 inch exhaust that sounds pretty good. The transmission is a T5 - 5 speed with a hurst short throw shifter. The rear is from a 1993 S10 Blazer 4x4 with a 3:42 gear which has been gone threw, The front end is from Chassis Engineering and has adjustable spring pockets to help to set the desired ride height, also has rack and pinion steering, a sway bar, dropped spindles and disc brakes. There is a under floor duel master cylinder also from Chassis Engineering. The rear suspension is from chassis Engineering as well with 3 inch lowering blocks and a sway bar. The front tires are 245-45zr 17 and the rears are 235- 55zr 17. Stocton wheel made the reversed 17 x 8 inch ralley wheels that are powder coated bright red and the 51 thru 53 chevy hubcaps are from Wheel Vintiques. All in all this is a fun car to drive. Its not super fast but it easily keeps up with traffic. If this car does sell the buyer should be very happy with it. I might consider a trade for a 1937 to 1946 Chevy pick up in comparable condition. I'm sure I covered pretty much everything but if there are any questions please call me before 9pm eastern time at 423-213-0170 my name is George. Please no text. Thank you.
