Description of 1970 Chevrolet C-10

This truck is my local errand runner. Back and forth to the hardware store and what not. It has been a fun little utility truck but I don't have much need for it lately. It is still very much a project truck and is an as-is sale. Clean title, new edelbrock 4 barrel carb, Power brakes, disc brake conversion up front, new voltage regulator, new fuel pump, new battery. Flushed the fuel tank and replaced the fuel lines when I got it. It is lowered a few inches, from what I can tell it was lowered with spindles and replacement springs but that was done before my time. The truck was converted to an automatic transmission with a floor style hurst shifter at some point. If you notice in the picture the clutch pedal is still there but it isn't attached to anything. Rallye wheels all the way around. Right rear tire in the pictures is the spare, the fourth rim to complete the set is obviously included. Brand new tires up front and plenty of meat left on the rears. Tailgate latch is stuck in the open position at the moment so I have it held shut with a bungee net. Maybe some WD-40 can remedy that by the time the auction closes, we'll see. Let the pictures be your guide on the cosmetics, all the panels are straight and very little rust but it is still a very old truck. Like I said, this truck gets me around locally just fine but don't think you are going to hop in and make it your daily freeway commuter. I'll answer questions as best I can but I will be working all this week and will only be able to check email a few times so don't think I'm ignoring your question if it takes a day or two to get back to you. The truck is in Huntington Beach and remember local pick up only. If you want to ship it then you need to contact me BEFORE the auction ends and I need to agree to the terms ahead of time. $300 deposit within 24 hours of auction close via paypal or let me know immediately if you need to send money by another method.
