Description of 1939 Chevrolet Other

Welcome! You are looking at a custom all steel 1939 Chevrolet 2 door business coupe with less than 1,300 miles since the rebuild. Even the new running boards are steel. This year and model in excellent condition are seldom seen. This was a complete body off rebuild finished in 2013. The new grill is polished stainless steel, new headlights with built in turn signals, headlight buckets are molded into the fender, the LED tail lights have been molded into the rear fender, and the rear fenders are molded into the body. Aluminum alloy wheels: front 18 X 7, rear 18 X 9.5. The entire floorboard was replaced from the firewall to the rear bumper. The frame was sand blasted, reinforced, and powder coated. All new rubber seals around all windows. The paint was done in 2013. The color is Merlot Jewel. There is conservative pin stripping on the sides just below the windows. This car has been babied and kept covered in the garage.
Custom interior shows no signs of wear. All lights and gauges are in good working order. This car has 4-wheel power disc brakes, power steering, air conditioning, power windows, leather seats, tilt steering wheel with a 14" mahogany steering wheel, classic gauges, center console, 3 pt. seat belts, power antenna, door "Poppers", and a new Kenwood AM/FM/CD player.
The engine is a GM 350 CI small block rebuilt in 2012, Holly 670 CFM 4 bbl, air bags on all 4 corners with 4 way controls, ceramic coated headers, aluminum radiator with dual fans, all new wiring and harness, 700R4 transmission rebuilt in August, 2013, and Mustang II front clip.
