Vehicle Overview 1963 Chevy Belair 2 door post car 409 Hump Head V8X code with 2-4's 4 speed manual transmission Casting code on block 38444 which is correct year Motor is 409 with 425hp Hydraulic cam and solid lifters The car started as a 6 cylinder and is what it is today, done very nice. This car has been painted but does not appear to have ever been restored. It still has GM red oxide primer in place and is a good solid car. There is some light surface rust in places underneath but is very light and surface (originally Arizona car). It has had fuel tank replaced and I did have new exhaust installed from front to rear. It's a great driving car, just one of those sleepers, not flashy or loud, but all muscle. Car is not a correct numbers car but correct for the year. Drive any where you wish.
