Description for Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 1959

Tons of Patina and new parts. This is a true 78k original mile car. 283/glide. It has the original Power pack heads intake, 4 Barrel carb and is numbers matching. All work has been done in the last 8-9 months. Factory Power steering car which 59 was the last year for it to be Driven off of the Generator.

Suspension: New 17'' American Racing Torque thrust wheels and cooper tires or 17'' Wheel Vintiques Steelies and 55-56 Caps. **** Your choice of which wheels.. I no longer have the 60's caps pictured. Front Shocks, Rear shocks, Disc brakes up front, New dual master cylinder (manual), Stainless brake lines up front, Power steering power valve, Power valve hoses, New Rag joint, Carrier bearing, front Upper and lower tubular arms, New tie rods inner/ outer as well as couplers, Carrier bearing, New rear end seals, Rear brakes, Lower Rear tubular arms, Tubular banana bar adjustable, pan hard bar double adjustable, Air ride with manual valves Viair 444 Compressor.

Interior: Re upholstered seats with Nomad material (Cars Inc.) New carpet Silver Tuxedo. The headliner, rear package area is all Original and shows well. Original door panels are complete (need replaced), Kick panels were replaced but have gotten wet, New Silver Lap belt Seat belts (not installed).

Drive Train: Cleaned and rebuilt the carb, New aluminum water pump, Fuel pump, PCV CONVERSION ( No more ROAD draft tube),Aluminum radiator 2core, Electric fan and shroud, External relay/fuse panel, Rebuilt the generator (brushes and bearings). New fuel tank, New fuel sending unit, Valve cover gaskets, Petronix is in the original distributor, Plug Wires, plugs, new starter, new battery, new DUAL exhaust.

Body and Rust: Three new floor pans (Passenger rear OG to the car). I replaced all rear stainless trim clips/ all rear wing trim clips. There is rust under the front of the fenders as all 59's have (not very noticeable) and some in the inner hood lip but none on the outer skin of the hood. A few spots on the door bottoms but nothing major. All floor braces and supports are original to the car. Very small spot on the driver side rear quarter but simple repair if someone cared to fix it.

**There is rust under the tailgate where the floor transitions to the package area. All flat area and should be a simple repair. Tailgate is nice and solid only surface rust on the underside.

It has been brought to my attention the front cap looks to be changed... I assure you it has not been changed and this a completely original sheet metal and original paint. These cars were painted with two different primers... Front cap BLACK primer body painted Red Oxide primer. The front cap faded worst than the body. I HOPE this clears up the (BROWN NOSE) questions.
