Description of 1978 Chevrolet C/K Pickup 1500

Up for sale is a 99% rust free 1978 Custom Deluxe short bed Chevy 1/2 ton 2wd pickup truck. Small block 350 V8. Turbo 350 automatic transmission. Edelbrock intake and carb. Runs and drives good. The smog equipment has been removed Original paint body with some dings and dents and the passenger fender has been replaced. see pictures. There is some pitting on the radiator support under the battery. but no rust through. there is some bubbling in the rocker. and some surface rust above the back window. All easy repairs with no replacement panels needed. The tires are almost new with over 80% tread remaining. The interior needs a new rubber floor or carpet. the seat is faded with some holes in the cover. the door panels are chapped. nbsp;and the dash has the usual cracks from the harsh California sun. The tilt steering column is nice and tight. Overall. this truck will make a good running and driving project. Comes with a clean CA title. Selling at a low no reserve starting price auction.
