Description of 1946 Chevrolet Other Pickups 2 Ton truck

Hi Folks!!1946 Chevy 2 Ton.235 6 Cylinder "With hand crank" 4 Speed manual transmission (2 speed lock out). "Mileage reads 06977”Vehicle ID# DEA406958 Vintage Parkhurst grain bed with grain gate. The stake bed/grain bed is very unique in its self, in excellent working condition. Flat bed is all wood in very good shape.Heated cab with roll out front safari window.History as far as I no this truck received some renovation work in 1985Body paint, engine overhaul before the previous owner, at some point the truck received a 12 volt update. Truck was purchased and was driven to its former location and parked "1985" and has been parked in a barn ever sinc, Missouri license plate tag 1985.The cab on this truck has no through rust, floor boards in very good shape no through rust and is in very good shape for its age. Everything on this truck that was factory equipped is there!! bone stock, no alterations or drilling/cutting all original.Rust/Patina is visible throughout the truck, this is a mid west truck with over 70 years of Patina.Parkhurst Grain bed: The Flat bed grain bed is very unique in its self, all there working condition. Stake beds are all removable for flat bed use. This truck was a farm truck used to hall grain/corn. Parkhurst has been building implement farm flat/grain beds for decades and is still in business today. Also that will be offered is a hydraulic scissor lift for the bed with "all or most" of the hardware that can be adapted to this flat bed/grain bed. I don't no enough about hydraulics and what exactly what all is needed but I can provide photos of what I have and share them with you upon request.Interior: Is all there all original but this vintage work horse needs some love. The bench seat is wore out down to the springs and frame I would plan on replacement but it's all there if you want to keep it original to the truck and than reupholster what's there?
I will provide updates as Questions are asked. More photos will be added or forwarded to you if wanted. I also can provide shipping " IF" we agree to terms. This truck is on a trailer ready for transport, maybe we could do something like .. High bidder gets this truck delivered within a 500 mile radius from my location. Of course I will do my very best to work with you, I'm sure we can come to terms. The truck "Does not run or drive" everything needs to be gone through. The block has antifreeze but all fluids need to be flushed. Fuel tank should be replaced, master cylinder, brake cylinder, brake shoes, all fluid lines all must need to be inspected as this truck had been parked for decades .My interest in this truck is to find we're it belongs, it deserves the attention and a proud owner somebody to take it across the finish line;) This truck had been in a Barn for over 30 years !!
This truck is listed on other local sights so it is possible that the auction may be stopped at anytime. If my reserve is met and you are winning bidder/buyer you will receive the truck as listed a clear Missouri title with a bill of sale and possible delivery just as long as we come to terms.I would encourage inspection on your behalf so you can see for yourself before you buy. But this is not always the case and I will do my best to provide photos and try to answer any questions.CALL/TEXT: 660 287 6439Terms of payment: PayPal $500.00 Deposit within 48 HRS end of auction or paid in full.Any left over balance will be paid in cash or other means of payment must be verified by me.
