Description of 1967 Chevrolet Nova

You love it when someone invests the right money to build a muscle car just like you would, and this incredible 1967 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova is a prime example. With a performance-built 406ci V8, upgraded suspension, four-speed auto, a cool modern paint scheme, and an upgraded A/C interior, it's obvious that no corners were cut in its construction.
The crisp Nova body has always been popular with hot rodders and the pro touring crowd. Rendered in sinister out-for-blood kind or red, it has the gloss and shine that comes from investing in a very professional application of the best modern paints. In fact, it's so good that they even used it for arears that are traditionally reserved for brightwork, like the bumpers, light surrounds, and the grille. It gives this Nova some extra modern flair, which we think is perfect for this custom build. Plus, with the huge power bulge in the hood that mimics its bigger brothers, and the ultra-wide Billet Specialties wheels in the rear, everyone instantly knows to take you seriously.
Pop the remote door openers, and you'll see a great custom interior. It starts with the gray cloth on the seats and side panels. This combines with the exterior red that's on the dash to give you a nice uniform build feeling. The front bucket seats have the kind of modern bolstering to be all-day comfortable, and there's even a center console with armrest. This is even good to carry family and friends with its AM/FM/cassette stereo, power windows, and everyone gets to stay nice and cool with air conditioning. But the best upgrades are all about performance. You get a grippy Lecarra sports steering wheel, and beyond that are a full set of VDO gauges. All of this instantly tell your senses there's something special under the hood and that's even before you twist the key and hear this Nova roar.
You're going to love putting this engine bay on display. The smooth painted walls funnel your attention to the big and bright motor. You can tell there was a ton invested in polished components like the finned valve covers, air topper, master cylinder, alternator, compressor, brackets, upgraded pulleys, and so much more. And beyond the flash is plenty of substance. This is a 400 cubic-inch small block bored to 406 total. It's built with go-fast goodies like a Holley 600 CFM four-barrel carburetor, aluminum intake, Dart heads, and a Comp Cam 280 w/roller rockers. This feeds the headers that add power while also contributing to the thunderous dual exhaust. But don't just listen to the rumble, follow its path in the undercarriage photos. There you'll spot a ton of great upgrades, including the custom reinforced chassis, and the Art Morrison front end with new bushings, tubular A-arms, and adjustable coilovers. This has a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission with stall converter to help keep you in the best powerband, and that feeds a stout 9-inch Ford rear end. Plus, the fuel cell and battery box in the trunk help keep plenty of weight over the wide rear tires. More than just a speed demon, this wicked red Nova does have a full practical side. After all, the transmission does have overdrive, and this coupe also features power steering, front disc brakes, and cruise control. So it is a very thoughtful total build.
With less than 16k miles on the build, you can see this is a fresh all-around stunner. So don't admire it too long, or it might be gone. Call today!!!
