Description of 1976 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Landau

Up for sale is one super clean and stock 1976 Chevy Monte CarloLandau. The car has 47k Original Miles and shows it. The car has two owners and both kept the car garaged. The first owner was a lady that bought it brand new in Utah. She was the owner of the car from 1976-2012 (I never met her,is now dead). She was a correctional officer who gently used the car. She moved to Portland Oregon and always garaged the car. My friend who was her neighbor and care giver ended up buying the car 6years ago. He also garaged it putting about 500 miles on per year. The car is still in his name. When he bought it he put new top on it and new water pump. The car is almost completely rust free. The only rust I can find is surface rust on parts on the undercarriage. Its just on metal brackets under the car nothing extreme. All panels and floors are completely rust free and dry. The car looks like it was under coated when it was first bought. I added many photos for you to see. The interior is almost perfect. The body is the same and really straight with just some very minor door dings. I could not really find any but I do not want to say they are not there incase one pops up. Oh ya there is one scratch near the wheel lip and one of the plastic filler pieces is cracked like always on these GM cars. They run about $75 a piece online. I can touch up the scratch for the buyer if they want. I did not want to do touch up incase the next owner wanted it untouched. The paint is factory and looks great. I do know that the lady got into a little fender bender going around the little traffic circle in the neighborhood and the fender and headlight bezel was painted but the color match is perfect and this happen a long time ago. You can not see any color difference at all. Who ever repaired it did a perfect job. The only reason I know this is because I saw a little green paint on the inside of the fender and brought it up to the owner and he told me about it, but it happen so long ago that the guy forgot about it. The owner of the car now is the nicest guy ever and is very honest. He was a medical helicopter pilot in Vietnam who was shot down 22 times and is just one of the nicest guys I have ever met. I know that has nothing to do with the car but for me it does. It tells me how accurate the history really is on the car. Anyhow Everything works great on the car including the A/C. The following has been done in December 2017: New tires,New battery,New hoses, and Oil change. The car just floats down on the freeway. I was doing 75-80mph and it felt like I was doing 40mph. I was driving with one hand even. All the lights work, brights work, turn signals, cruise control works, everything works except the side mirror wont adjust when you use the knob. Im trying to be as clear as possible so there are no surprises. Who ever gets this car will be getting a very nice car ad can drive it cross country today. This car is what any car collector is looking for. Its factory paint and factory interior with low actual miles. Just all around a great car.
If you need help locating a transporter I have one I work with.
You may notice I got my first negative feedback and I would like to explain this. I sold a 1983 C30 to a buyer who turned out to car flipper and it was a very nice truck. This buyer was very rude to the transporter and to my self. I ended up paying a mechanic to go through the truck for him cause he said he wanted to drive it home to Colorado. He never paid me back for the work that was done. He tried to get me to put two more new tires, new hoses, radiator flush, and cap. At that point I told him no that he would have to this himself. He knew the truck was used but he was expecting to flip the truck for a profit and after shipping he was into the truck to much. He got upset and left me negative feedback. I asked him why and he wouldn't say. I went above and beyond for him like I try to do for all my buyers and friends, but he was very rude and just tried to take advantage of everyone he worked with on this purchase (me,mechanics, and transporter). If you look at my feedback you will see that I have had great feedback and hope to keep it this way. I will not give refunds for feedback though. I sell vintage items and used items not "New" and expect that with any used or old item they will not be perfect and I will try my best to communicate this through my description. Im sorry if I do not catch everything good or bad. This is why I add so many photos. If you want the phone number to some of my customers from ebay that will tell you what kind of seller I am, I would be more then happy to do this. Thanks
