Description for Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 1957

Check out this 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Hardtop. It was in the process of being restored and was the previous owner was going the Gasser style. It has a good solid body and nothing to hide the way it sits so you can tell what you are getting. This car sounds and is a mean machine. It is powered by a built 454 bored 60 over. It has headers with baffles with no exhaust so it is loud. Sounds great...to real car guys. An Aluminum Radiator was installed to keep the engine running cool. Most of the trim is in the trunk. It has no front bumper as you can see and I don''t have one for it. It needs a trunk lock installed. The transmission is a 4 speed Saginaw that shifts out good. Nothing better to drive that a big block 57 Chevy with a 4 speed manual trans. It has New Brakes, New Gas Tank, New Water Pump, New Windshield and rubber. The interior seats, carpet and door panels are new. It does need a headliner. The trunk pan is original and looks good. The spare tire holder does have a small hole in the bottom. Other than that no rust issues with trunk pan, The floor pans are also original and they too look good. The underside needs detailing but is solid. The rockers look pretty good as well. Overall a good car that is too the stage that you can restor to your liking or drive it as it is.
