Description of 1960 Chevrolet Impala Sport Coupe

It pains me to let this car go hence the price. The pictures tell most of the story but I will do the best I can to describe what you are looking at. First of all assume this car needs a top to bottom front to back nut and bolt restoration. I have spent years and thousands of dollars collecting good original parts for the build located in the trunk. Best of all a complete tail light assembly and head light rings. Front seat trim being the only hard to find items left and I have a line on those. There is a complete 348 big block out of a 58 and an aluminum case two speed powergluide transmission out of a 62. Both worked when pulled but assume they need rebuilding. The body is pretty solid except for the right lower quarter panel, floors and trunk that could easily be patched but I would replace the entire sections. The frame is a straight rust free and I believe not original to the car. This car was an original black car but either painted white at the factory or very early in its life is the only signs of this was under the tail light housings. For me being an old car guy a pretty straight forward build and my plan was a Tri-powered patina monster but like many my health has gotten in the way. Please feel free to ask any questions and I will answer honestly. Buyer is responsible for shipping but I will help as much as I can on my end..I have a title from the previous owner who specializes in building 59-60 Chevy's so I am only assuming it to be a salvage title. It wasn't easy but I made sure the vins matched the car prior to me buying it as that was very important to me. Thank you for looking
