Frame off restored 1966 Nassau Blue Corvette roadster, 427/425hp numbers matching engine and correct Bright Blue leather interior. One of only 1150 convertibles built in this desirable blue on blue color combination. Original vin and trim tags intact and verified. Correct code 976 Nassau Blue paint professionally painted over a gorgeous corvette body with great body lines and panel fit, it also has very nice chrome all the way around. The interior is great with correct code 414 Bright Blue that was redone at the time of the restoration. Slight patina on the real leather seats from driving enjoyment. The dash, cockpit and instrumentiation show very well and it is topped off with a nice black top. Under the hood is the fire breathing 427ci/425hp big block engine, which is the largest engine option for 1966 Corvettes. It is date code correct, numbers matching and has tremendous power, launched by a 4 speed Muncie transmission and controlled by disc brakes. The engine is topped off with the correct Winters intake, 4bbl carburetor, ignition shielding and the infamous bulge big block hood. This car has all of the right 427/425hp options, including the higher horsepower 6500 red line tach and 80 psi oil gauge. The big block heavy duty suspension has the correct half shafts and heavy duty sway bar. This incredible American Dream Machine is currently rolling on new reproduction turbine style Knock Off wheels.
