Up for grabs is my newly completed 1979 Z28 with a 750HP ( thought it was 760, have engine dyno video if requested)572 Big Block, Stage 3 (1000hp) 4L80E transmission with Overdrive and transbrake, Strange 9" rear, FiTech EFI, NEW PAINT!

Almost everything on the car is new outside of the body. All components were carefully picked The body is solid. The complete drivetrain has only 310 miles on it and the motor has 1 year of warranty ( parts) left!

The car runs and drives great as is and is VERY STREETABLE unlike a lot of other "street-strip" cars out there that only have 3 speed transmissions, spools etc

Here is an almost complete list of parts-components installed from front to back. Receipts from parts totals alone are upwards of $35k, NOT including any labor, paint OR the cost of the car itself...
B&M Super-plate trans cooler
Dillon 4 core aluminum radiator with two 12" SPAL fans
All new steering components, QA1 tubular upper and lower control arms, coil overs and tie rod ends
C5 Corvette spindle and disc conversion
Manual steering box conversion
Race Star 92 black chrome 17" wheels all the way around..
ALL bushings replaced with Energy Suspension poly, body mounts ( a lot of people don't do these!), engine-trans, suspension etc etc

572 BBC- Built with Dart Sportsman block ( standard height will clear a booster if you want to put one back on), SCAT 4340 forged crank and H beam rods, Wiseco forged pistons, ARP2000 rod bolts, Comp Cams hyd roller cam, tie bar lifters, Heads built with all comp cams hardware, Comp pro magnum rockers, melling oil pump,ARP bolts all around,SFI balancer and flexplate, single plane intake, taylor green wireset, edelbrock black air cleaner... engine was dyno'd and have video to show
CVF Racing 8 rib serpentine setup, aluminum high flow water pump
Powermaster 150 Amp alternator, 1 gauge cables, battery in trunk
Hedman headers- Ceramic coated NO mods needed to fit
MSD black pro billet distributor and coil

Manual brake conversion

Jakes Performance Stage 3 4L80 ( 1000hp capable) transmission with OVERDRIVE! and a low gear transbrake
Upgraded to stage 3 level with 300M billet input shaft locally
Controlled by US Shift quick 4 controller which is FULLY PROGRAMMABLE by your laptop and easy to use program. Set shifts wherever you want, switch to a manual mode etc, way better than self learning
Jakes performance single billet lockup converter, stall speed is around 3200, perfect on the street
G force F body 4L80 crossmember
Action Machine Aluminum driveshaft, rated over 2000 hp, sonnax slip yoke,1350 U Joints
Autometer Gauge package and tach all converted to LED lights, custom aluminum panel
B&M Quicksilver gate/ratchet shifter with transbrake button on handle
Pioneer Bluetooth stereo and front speakers installed in kick panels

S&W 8 point roll bar completely welded in and also tied into Heidts subframe connectors, roll bar has extended rear bars to save the back seat
Scat pro car seats and G force camlock 5 point harnesses, rear seats newly covered, new rear interior plastics

Tanks INC EFI fuel tank and 1000hp capable in tank pump
All braided feed and return lines

Strange overbuilt 9" rear setup - powdercoated housing,Daytona pinion setup, Detroit truetrac differential, US gear 3.89 ring and pinion, 35 spline axles with access holes drilled, Wilwood street disc brake setup, Caltrac traction bars, Summit leaf springs, Energy suspension shackles, new spring mount plates

Paint was JUST completed this week, Matrix system black base/triple coat clear. Car had a full black paint job looks to be about 10 years ago but I wanted it freshened up and looking great as that was the only thing lacking when I listed it for sale before last summer....

Roll bar is only an 8 point, if you don't want it you can cut it out in an hour! Throw some bucket seats and a new uncut carpet back in it and will look stock again!


Here's the very few things the car needs to make it a perfect 10 ( because I know I do not want any surprises when I buy a used car, although it's pretty much new)...

Linkage is there but no wiper motor or blades installed, wiring plug is also there, just add a motor, I did not as it was to only be driven on nice days

Hood opens and closes fine but could use a more precision alignment
pencil head sized "ding" on door, see video
Speakers only installed up front but wiring is there in the back.
two very small runs in clear, unnoticeable unless pointed out
all glass other than the windshield is original, the dark tint augments the visibility of glass scratches

Car turns a low 2200 at 70MPH in overdrive, great on the highway and once broken in should run high 9's with a fatter rear slick or pro bracket radial most likely.

Priced for a quick sale, unlike others with a few thousand miles or more this combo is barely even broken in at just over 300 miles! I have moved on to a late model project so I want this to go to someone who will get a lot of use out of it.
