1966 Impala SS Convertible 327

*1 year old restoration (everything done in last year) - Frame off restoration

327 New rings, bearings, cam, seals, heads reworked

4-barrel carburetor rebuilt by a professional, rebuilt power glide transmission flushed, new seals, new torque converter (works great)

New aluminum radiator, new heater core, new brake cylinders (turned drums) and new master cylinder.

New Cooper tires 700 miles

New gas lines and brake lines

New shocks, new duel exhaust with turbo mufflers, new gas tank and fuel sending unit, new fuel pump, new power steering lines

Paint is Lemonwood yellow PPG enamel, primer was epoxy. Rear and front bumpers are new as well as emblems, door handles, new rocker trim and wheel trim. New brake light and front turn signal lenses.

Car has new top, well liner, pads and parade boot

Interior of car has new carpet and new upholstery. I added the gauge package (it wasn’t original) The console has some chrome pitting.

Installed an old stereo in car (it works) has good speakers one in dash and one in rear seat.

Overall car runs great, looks very good (Big Time Classy!)

I am third owner. It is a barn find car last licensed in 1978. I have good title with protecto-plate

Car was restored very closed to original

Same paint color, original engine/trans

The tilt and telescoping steering are original (rare for Impala)

The stereo and aluminum radiator are obviously not original. I have the original AM radio. Power convertible top doesn’t work – needs motor/pump.
