1970 Chevrolet C10 short box pickup with a 327 engine and it ships with a spare long block 454 engine, a cargo cover and an engine stand in the bed. The previous owner said he was going to swap out the small block for the big block but decided to buy a house instead. The 327 runs fine. But some items I found needing attention are: The tires have plenty of tread but are five years old. There is no spare or jack. One front head lamp is brighter than the other, the power steering pump has a leak. The paint is shiny but has scratches on the top edge of the tail gate, on the drivers rear quarter and the passenger side bed rail. There is no major damage. It has a dimple sized dent covered with a band aid on the front edge of the hood. The only rust I could find was the area under the battery tray. The odometer is not connected. The seats are really comfortable but slightly faded. A Muncie transmission with a Hurst 4 speed replaces the original three on the tree. The linkage is connected with cotter pins so it needs a shift kit. It has an Edlebrock intake and headers and a 12 bolt positraction rear end. The drum brakes are good front and rear. It has new Gabriel shocks and a new battery. The front stabilizer bar was also recently replaced. All the glass is good and has a medium tint. The door and window weather seals are new. The floor pan is rust free and sound deadened. The black carpet is in good condition. The windows and doors close tight and the window roller mechanisms work smoothly. All of the chrome is rust free and shiny. It has an updated Panasonic sound system with USB. The dash is new. The clutch is good. It needs a gas pedal. The radiator has an electric fan motor to keeps the engine cool. Overall this truck runs strong, drives tight tracks straight and its duel exhaust sounds super. Like most classics it turns heads and gets smiles everywhere it goes. I am including the 454 long block and the new parts that came with as I have no use for them and you might want to make this a big block muscle truck. I haven't compression tested the spare 454 engine and I don't know much about it other than its a 1980. It and its engine stand are free and included in the sale. Good luck on your bidding.
