| For sale is a beautiful 1964 Corvette Coupe. Satin Silver (paint 8. 5 out of 10)Re-listed due to winner not being able to purchase it. Please be sure you have the funds ahead of time to purchase this car and you have checked with your wife (husband) and you are allowed to purchase it. Please call to ask questions and see this car or have an inspector see it while it is listed. We inspect the entire car to make sure everything is as advertised. FRAME-OFF Restoration (approximately 12 years ago)VERY RARE 3-speed manual (Only 715 Made) !!Original (replacement engine) Engine dated 6/64. Production Date ~ 3/64. What this means is the original factory engine that came with the car was flawed and the factory replaced it. There is not VIN on the engine pad but there is an Engine ID. This is considered period correct original engine. For those unfamiliar with the 3 speed manual it drives perfect. No problems on highway. Basically to keep it simple its like a 4-speed with 1st. 2nd and 4th gears. Shifts smooth. a real pleasure to drive and easy to drive. Most of the car VERY ORIGINAL. Interior extremely nice. underside ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Some minor flaws in the paint but overall extremely beautiful car. Just had the Cluster redone. everything works. Cr very very solid underneath. Please note that there are many mid-year Vettes out there with cut/sleeved/repaired frames. If you don't know what you are looking for you will not see this. Purchasing a Vette like this with a sleeved frame degrades it at least $10K and most collectors wont even touch them. Because this car had a Frame-Off restoration it is solid underneath and ready for you to enjoy for many many years. Options include Power Steering and AM/FM.
