Description of 1972 Chevrolet Nova

This car is being relisted because of a non paying high bidder. 36 hours after the auction closed the high bidder, out bidding legitimate bidders, decided he didn't want to follow through with his commitment to purchase the car (using "health issues" as his excuse). He was from Florida and he, nor any agent of his, ever looked at the car in person. So, offered for sale is a 1972 Chevy Nova 2 door coupe. This car has been driven approximately 5000 miles after being completely restored. The body is in very good condition except for 3 small chips on the hood (see photos). The car has shaved door handles w/key fob. The SB Chevy engine has been bored to 358 with a moderate cam shaft, solid lifters, Dart Iron Eagle heads, Hedman Hustler headers and a new Holly 750 carburetor. It has a Turbo 350 transmission and a Ford 9" rear end w/3.55 gears. The car has an electric fan, power steering and a serpentine belt. It does NOT overheat and the car does NOT have any leaks. It has Billet wheels with new Hankook Optimo H724 tires on the front and Mickey Thompson drag radials on the back. It has been lowered 2" w/traction bars and manual 4 wheel disc brakes. This car is not a "best of show" car but was appraised on 7/25/16 by Classic Auto Sales, Inc. in Omaha, Ne. and was given an overall "very good" rating with an estimated value of $25,000.00. It is a nice car to drive and to participate in shows and car functions. It is moderately priced and should hold its value. This car has been on a number of 400 mile trips and runs and handles great. Drive it home or drive it anywhere. Bidding starts at $14,000.00 with no reserve. If you have a question you can email me at grantcanyonranch@yahoo.com or call me at 605-660-2517. Thank you. Mike
