Description of 1971 Chevrolet Corvette ROADSTER CONVERTIBLE

Fitted to this car; a NUMBERS MATCHING 350/270 HP V-8 Turbo Fire Engine. The transmission is the factory optional TH-400 Automatic. The exterior is Factory correct Bridgehampton Blue with a Black vinyl interior and white convertible soft top. Factory options include Pwr. Steering. Pwr. Brakes. Pwr. Windows and most notably Air Conditioning. a very rare option to be found on a period roadster!! Over the years this car has been treated to great care. A Solid example of a great American Classic Muscle Car. An excellent driver! The attached manufacturers plate reads as follows;- Trim # 400- Paint # 979- VIN # 194671S114026- Engine # C11S114026 V0308CJKThe car runs strong and does not smoke. I have no idea when the car was restored but it looks like a relatively recent restoration was done. I have nothing to document the mileage and it is entirely possible. if not probable. that it has turned over 100. 0 miles. Included in the sale is a brand new in the box black top. Not that the white top is worn out. it's just that I wanted a black one but never got around to putting it on. I did have the seats re-done just a few months ago with new seat covers and seat foam. All the gauges work except the oil pressure. I have a new oil pressure gauge in the box that goes with the car - but the problem may be as simple as replacing the sending unit. The A/C blows cold. The wheel trim rings need refinishing or replacement. The transmission has had a very slow drip ever since I bought the car from Gentry Lane in a few years ago. For better pics you can see the car on their website here: GENTRY LANE Please don't bother them. they no longer have anything to do with selling the car. The car is now in Kona Hawaii and is stored in the warehouse shown in the pictures. I will take the car to the port for shipping outside of Hawaii.
