Description of 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu |
| Original 1967 Chevrolet Malibu 2dr hardtop. bench seat factory 4 speed. Complete frame off restoration in 2008-9. Same owner for last 30 years. Strong. Original 327-275. completely and professionally rebuilt and balanced with about 300 miles on car since restored. Was original Saginaw 4 speed. but has M-20 Muncie. with correct shifter today. shifts and pulls great. Original 3:73 ten bolt posi rear. completely rebuilt. Aluminized 2" factory style exhaust system front to back. Car has SS front and rear sway bars. and manual front disc brakes. Car has new manual steering box and all new suspension pieces. All new fuel lines. tank. brake lines. etc. No detail left undone. All new black Interior and rebuilt seat frames. New factory manual gauges. but has Mooneyes aftermarket tach. Most details as produced have been done and shows correct at any event. Chassis. and body were completely stripped and recoated correctly from bare metal up. car has correct YY Butternut yellow Base clear paint. and has been sanded and polished. Car is a soilid 8 1/2 or 9 out of ten in paint area. All new trim front and back. side moldings are original. Windsheild is new. and all other glass is original. It is sitting on 14 " radial Firestone tire for riding around. with correct hub caps. Also have set of repro Firestone Redline Bias ply tires for shows. on yellow wheels. Also have correct dated 14 inch wheels that came on the car. Car runs and drives straight and strong. I will answer any questions and represent car as accurately as possible.
