1956 Chevrolet Bel Air 2 door

We hate to see this one go due to family history, but we need to find a new home for this great, solid 1956 Bel Air, 2 door. This car went through a frame-off restoration about 10 years ago, but was painted with a poor quality paint. It has since been media blasted and prepped to be redone properly. Media blasting included the sheet metal, doors fenders body, front splash pan, deck lid, interior door moldings, and windshield trim. After blasting we discovered that some of the metal work could stand to be patched to make everything right. I purchased a passenger side door skin, front of the quarter panel both driver and passenger and the splash pan pieces which are included with the car. Some of the body work has also been started before the decision was made to let this one go.

The car has been mini tubbed, and has a 9" ford disc brake rear. It has a Strange carrier and Auburn posi unit with 31 spline axles.

The car is set up for a manual transmission, and small block. It has rack and pinion steering along with 2" dropped spindles in the front. It also has coil-overs in the rear.

Although not all pictured, it comes with the windshield and rear glass, along with side glass, which are tinted. It does not have vent windows or a front seat. It does have the rear seat frame/spring assembly.

The stainless trim is also included, which is in good, driver quality condition.

There is no engine, transmission or radiator in the car. Also the rear wheels pictured are not included with the sale. It is a full roller so it does have wheels all the way around.
