Located in Lake Havasu Arizona. 1976 Chevrolet Stepside project truck. no expense spared. Over 15k up to this point. I purchased this truck years ago to build for one of my kids. but have too many other project also. so this must go. Here are some basics:Frame: I purchased two identical frames. Both frames had all rivets carefully removed. and two of the frame rails had the upper and lower edges plasma cut off (leaving flat frame rail with exact same contour as other). All pieces were powder coated and frame was bolted together with "Doubler" frame on the inside. Frame has steering box support mod also. Unfortunately. the Black Nitride coated hardware shows surface rust even though its been stored indoors for years. Body: Absolutely rust free perfect cab. Bed is 100% new. including rails. wood. sides. and tailgate. All metal soda blasted. epoxy primed. and painted BMW Charcoal Grey. Bottom of Cab is Rhino Lined. Doors are rust free from a donor with power windows and locks. Dual tanks in great shape. Suspension: 1 Ton 4:11 Dana 60 front. Corporate 14 rear. 4 wheel disc brakes. Air lockers front and rear (with Air Pump and accessories). about a 5 inch lift kit with Crossover steering conversion. and PSC Hydro Assist steering (see Offroaddesign. com). Over 8k in parts. New leaf springs and mounts for better articulation. Axles were 100% rebuilt with all new top of the line parts (have receipts) lightly welded at center section/tubes to eliminate potential leaks and powder coated. Rims are Hummer H1 converted to Chevy offset with internal bead locks. powder coated. Drivetrain: Includes a good running 1985 Corvette tuned port with wiring harness. I was going to performance overhaul ir. or use the tuned port system on a new long block. Steering column was overhauled for a 4 speed auto (4 position for drive). Has custom made steering column to steering box shaft. Most everything is here. and most all brackets etc. were powder coated. Would need a trans. transfer case. driveshafts. front fenders. seats. dash. and hood. Of course there will be more. but those are the main items. Powder coated core support is included along with many other small items. Thanks!!
