Description of 1950 Chevrolet Delivery Van |

The original color of this delivery van was "Mayland Black." The interior was imitation leather in "Saddle Brown." There were exactly 23,048 of these made and most of them are long gone. The original engine was replaced with a 350 block and what looks like a turbo 350 transmission. We have the engine tuned properly and the transmission shifting smoothly. We rebuilt the brake system up front, including all wheel cylinders. Rust areas have been limited to the front floor pans and rocker panels. The interior had a custom interior installed many years ago. It has seen better days and there is evidence of moisture damage. We can remove it entirely. If additional work is what you are looking for, we would be more than happy to give you a bid on further restoration. |
