Just out of long term storage is this cool/vintage 1978 Chevrolet Bigblock 454ci C30 Custom Deluxe Fire/Pumper truck, These are rarely found in this condition and are getting very popular to collect, This was used back in the day in the very small town of Abbeville Mississippi, Only showing and represented to me as 22,544 actual miles although I have no documents to prove this, It does makes sense though as Abbeville in 1978 was pretty much just rural/farm area with a very small population, When and if there was a emergency or fire it probably wasn't far away at all and this truck would pull up on the scene and run as the pumper truck, I have not ran it much at all but it does run drive and stop, All 6 tires were changed recently are in good condition, The PTO and pump was working when parked and is supposed to still work however I have not tried it since it has come out of storage, Solid southern truck with very little rust, Never up and down salty roads or subjected to salty climates, Very cool patina red/white paint with the Abbeville/fire logo on both doors, 4 spot lights and working beacon/flashing lights, Neat bed with storage compartments, The kids simply love this thing, Rare/factory 454ci bigblock engine, 4bbl carburetor, 4 speed transmission, Overall a neat father/son/daughter project to play around with and as stated above great for car or truck shows as the kids love it, Also just a cool truck to preserve and add to any collection, Many possibilities with this one, Feel free to contact Paul @ 901-219-9569 with any questions, Serious inquires only please, If no answer please leave a detailed message and I will return your call as soon as possible, Bank wire transfer preferred for payment and/or cash as it is the quickest and safest method of payment for both the buyer and the seller, If you cannot follow our payment instructions please look elsewhere, Sold in as-is condition with a clean clear title, Thanks again for looking.
