Description of 1974 Chevrolet Corvette stingray

I'm selling this due to major health scare and made me re-evaluate some things in my life the corvette guy who gets this car is going to get a deal due to the work already done to it and the condition that the car is currently in. Don't expect that just because it is not cheap it is not junk or a major project car has had thousands spent on it in last 3 years bring it back to road. This car sat in basement heated for all most 30 years off and on. mileage is correct I'm the 2 second register owner I was told. The original owner decided to start freshen up after retiring but decided not to and moved and well sold the car. Here is what he did and what I have done to this car what I have done in last 3 months and some in the last 2 weeks and what he done is over a 3 year period. please keep in mine it is not a restored show car if it was I would start bidding at 8500 more like 30gcar looks nice but a survivor that's is about 70% freshen up estimate. your welcome to bring someone to inspect the car if want you want be disappointed I had several corvette guys look it over and been very impressed with it and words were you have a great car to restore take very little to do or minor resto and have nice local show car driver car one of a few they seen in very nice condition quoted. This car is about finish with little minor things to be a super nice driver a little more to be a all out show car. thanks car is valued based on Hagerty insurance which it is in the 20g range. NADA says it is a lot more and so does KBB. so I went on the losses value and also based on about what I have invested in it so far. you can drive it any distance home now. new done on car brakes booster master cylinder pads calipers 1 weeks ago new exhaust 1 weeks ago. new shocks sense a track 2 days ago also new lower ball joints upper were all ready done tires year old engine freshen up complete overhauled 4 year ago pass owner about 8000 miles estimated on it is a numbers to car have not verified the date on it I was told it was but I still can see date code I also not sure what was done to engine it was rebuilt we no owner said he had the engine built to spec of a early l82 engine 300 hp and reinstalled. no papers only owners word and car is very strong on pull and passing shifts smooth. new clutch and pressure plate same on it new upper ball joints and other parts replaced about 2-3 years ago per owner what I had the done less than 3 weeks ago on rear had oil checked in rear and trans and a full inspection grease and oil on the car when exhaust was done. hoses battery year old a/c changed over updated car has only 73084 miles on it and ARE CORRECT rust free but did fine one place on car that had some it was lower radiator support not really bad and they do make a patch for it that's it and car would 100 % perfect we have had this car in the air and walked every inch checking for any thing and that was it and I was told it was normal on all these cars do to angle of radiator. patch is 24 dollars corvette central and I was told don't have to pull anything to fix. almost like a bolt in piece. what I like to be finished is front bumper cover installed repainted I have bumper and hardware. replace the radio it want turn dial it original. I was told I think a after but may be wrong. and I would like to replace the old dust shields under hood 13 dollars on ebay just snap in . and get a realignment. do to installation of new ball joints and senca trac shocks this was what I was told best way to go on the c3's more exspensive than gas but ride is smoother and handles better and stops better . car doesn't have tilt or cruise or power windows or power seats does have everything else. most were built with all the options I was told .
