| I am selling this absolutely stunning 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air with a complete frame off restoration. This car has been owned by the same family for most of its life. It still would be if not for the passing of the owner and the need to settle the estate. This car is equipped with its original 283 V8 motor with "power pack" option of 4 barrel carburetor and dual exhaust. This car has a beautifully restored body that has never had any rust or damage. The underneath is just as impressive as the top. The original color paint of Imperial Ivory. code 794. is absolutely gorgeous. The high-end reproduction interior - from the seats to the door panels and the headliner to the carpet - is absolutely fabulous. The chrome and stainless look new as do the trunk and highly detailed engine compartment. The engine. transmission. brakes. suspension and all other mechanical components are new or rebuilt. The car was fitted with disc brakes in the front and a 350 turbo automatic transmission. This car is an absolute pleasure to drive. It runs. drives. sounds. handles. shifts and brakes better than it did when it was new. The factory spinner hubcaps look great next to the wide white-wall tires.
