Factory Reproduction SS Rims and Center Caps

Factory Black Interior with new gauges, dash pad, head liner, carpet and factory bench seat.

This car recently completed a 3-year bumper to bumper restoration with originality a priority including new or updated paint and interior, motor, transmission and rear end, front and rear suspension, power steering, SS exhaust, chrome. This vehicle has been completely rebuilt.

Smooth Driving...very reliable...ground pounding road hugging El Camino SS 396. Power is supplied by the original Z25 L34 Turbo Jet 402 cu in/ 350 HP motor that has been mildly upgraded with a with a Edelbrock 1411 Performer 750 CFM Carburetor mounted on an Aluminum Elderbrock Performer 2.0 intake with Comp Thumper Cam and hydraulic lifters and HEI Ignition, producing about 400 Horse Power. This massive engine supplies ground pounding, romping stomping power with a huge torque curve that will shake the ground at idle. The vehicle presently has an aluminum Elderbrock intake manifold but the factory original GM 3931067 will come with the car. This El Camino runs like a top and starts right up every time. All lights, turn signal and other devices work as they should.

The factory AC blows cold and the SS Black interior makes driving this classic muscle car a pleasure. Backed by the famous GM TH 400 (M40) transmission which makes it enjoyable to drive around town or highway. So much fun to go through thgears....the shifts are firm and precise. This car is fast...and it sounds mean....definitely a blast to drive. At the tail end of the drivetrain is the bullet proof GM 12 bolt rear end (CCW 0224B1) with upgraded 4.10 gears. This El Camino SS provides an amazingly comfortable ride. Power Brakes with Front disc brakes make this SS stop real nice. Rolls on White lettered BF Goodrich Radials T/A’s size P215/70R14 mounted on original duplicate Chevrolet SS 15”x7” rims.

Every body panel fits like it should. The glass is all very nice. Super comfortable seat. Factory SS dash was outfitted with updated professional installed Retro Radio that looks just like the original AM/FM but provides all the latest technology including AM/FM with Led read out, Voice command, and Blue Tooth. The SS dash features the Factory Tach, Speedometer and Fuel Gauge. New GM dash pad. Since the SS396 dash came with factory warning lights (idiot lights) a set of actual read out gauges have been mounted under the dash for exact readouts. Comfort features include Factory A/C, rare power windows, Front Disc Brakes, Tilt Steering Wheel, Power steering, Power Brakes.

Paint and bodywork on this car are awesome when it comes to quality. The car recently was given a $12,000 body and paint upgrade. The body and paint look better than the day the car came off the GM assembly line. All original body panels laser straight with excellent body gaps and detail throughout. The gorgeous professionally applied GM “75” Cranberry Red paint is "Very deep" with a super wet looking finish....it draws a looks and praise everywhere I go. Perfectly applied painted SS hood stripes. The chrome throughout the car is near perfect.

You will have a hard time finding a more original, better looking or performing El Camino SS 396 anywhere. Enjoy the ride and show off this beauty. Drive it or show it...this car will make a statement and has the horses to back it up.
