Hi I have a very clean 1978 Chevrolet Caprice Classic Landau Coupe. RARE WORKING SUNROOF CAR!! I got the car from a neighbor who died. It has 80% original paint. The tan velvet type interior has no tares and looks ok. Power windows. power locks, tilt, power trunk lock,am/fm radio works but power antenna does not go down. The dash has some very small cracks. Runs good, it has been off the road for some time, it has have a newer radiator and antifreez i it, Original 350 4 barrel engine. Tires are old and maybe you can drive on them a short way? The speedo says 73850 miles, I was told that is the original miles. He owned it for over 20 years. The car needs a little DETAIL under the hood. A/C is not working. It is a nice car and Never had any rot! Trunk and floors are very NICE! Body is very straight with original paint.(door and fender was painted 25 years ago) Fender and door needs a little touch up. NEVER A FIELD CAR was garaged most of it's life. NOT A ROT BOX! The bumpers have good chrome,they shine but have a little light peppering on them.ONLY Bad issue is the drivers door needs weld on top as in picture and has a little rust under it, it opens and closes good.Inside carpet and seats are good but need cleaning.It comes with another GM cat as the one on the car has a small hole in it... Body side door moldings are not great and I have the missing one for the door. NO RUST BUBBLES. The rear plastic pieces on top of the rear bumper needs to be replaced. The headliner and landau top are newer. One mag wheel in trunk.Trunk is mint with original paint, mat is deteriorated as seen in picture but comes with extra coth mat. Oem jack in the trunk.No rust under the hood or trunk lid. Overall it is 41 years old and in better then average condition! Not a beat pos! It is the same as a Impala. Not a convertibl, 1977 firebird, 1971 Camaro z28 but at a reasonable price. Thank you Bob 201 913-72eight one RARE SUNROOF CAR!!! RARE RARE RARE RARE RARE!!!! THANKS QUESTIONS give me a call. Thanks I would say you need to change the belts, hoses, tires and plugs for a long ride. No rush for car to leave because of the bad current weather. Car is under cover and dry.
