Up for auction is a known three owner Chevy truck that has spent its entire life in sunny Fresno California. All three owners where friends who all lived in the same neighborhood and the truck has always been kept in good condition. Please view last photo for original photo of truck.This is not a rebuilt basket case.This was the perfect truck to build, as all the sheet metal was in great original condition with no rust or accident damage. This is a true pro built restomod with every detail thought of. BODY / INTERIORThe body is all original panels and have been worked with to create body panel fit far better than the factory ever did (please view photos) The paint is a basecoat clearcoat finished with a wet sanding and deep polish. All the exterior brightwork / chrome is in as new condition and all the rubber is new. AC / heat in the truck is a Vintage Air (75055-LCZ-a) The truck has a Flaming River Tilt steering Column and a Custom Flaming River Steering Wheel. The gauges are by Auto Meter with an electric speedo. the sound system fits in the factory slot and is a AM/FM with mp3 connector and remote 6 cd player. Electrical power is supplied by American Autowire Fuse box and wiring . custom adjustable bench seat by TMI. DRIVETRAIN / MECHANICALThe engine is a 1995 5.7 LT1 with aluminum heads, exhaust headers and a GM LT1 Fuel Injection Wiring Harness by Painless Performance. The transmission is a rebuilt 4L60 overdrive with a Derale Performance Electra-cool remote cooler The firewall has been smoothed out and all wires are hidden, the AC hoses are under the passenger side front fender. the fuel tank has been replaced by a Summit Racing fuel cell for safety. The rear end is a Ford 9 inch with 373 gears built by fearless gear. The brakes are Wilwood Disc Brakes Front and rear with Emergency Brake. The suspension is a Heidt's coil over shock assembly up front and Heidt's four bar suspension in the rear. The suspension is fully adjustable both front and rear. The truck is sitting on Budnik Wheels, 20 inches in back and 18 inches in the front. I do have the front window visor painted and comes with the vehicle as does a thick file of receipts.
