Description of 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Belair

55 belair hardtop project car
Roller. Original v8 Belair car (VC55 vin). Last had a sbc 350 in it. Already has crossmember for th350 trans.
Has disc brake conversion on front and power steering box. All front suspension parts new a few years ago with no road miles. Has new wiring harness partially installed. Firebird tilt steering column installed.
Later model drum brake 10 bolt rearend with limited slip differential installed with new bushings in the rear leaf spring shackles. Aftermarket shock mount bar installed in rear.
New UNINSTALLED headliner, door panels,carpet and rear seat cover. Front seat cleans up nice with 1 or 2 small tears.
New in box urethane body bushing kit, body bolt and washer kit, front sheetmetal bolt kit, front park light wiring harness, headlight buckets, park light lenses, chrome inside rearview mirror and mount, some new emblems and clips etc. Have patch panel for driver side front fender eyebrow, passenger side has already been done. Also have lower patch for driver fender but it only has a couple of pin holes.

Body is very solid, car still has its original floor, trunk floor and pans and quarter panels. Not a ton of bondo in the car either.
Most trim included along with some various extra used stuff including 2 sets of inner fenders, another core support, etc. Stock radiator is mocked up in car with front sheet metal in pictures and did not leak when used with the last SBC. Hood has been blasted down the bare metal and has just surface rusted.
Windshield and rubber are fairly new. Back glass and back quarter glasses are good. Car needs door glasses but regulators are still installed.
ALSO INCLUDED in sale if wanted are 2 more used hoods and a rolling frame with stock front suspension and stock rear end. (no pictures at this time as they are stored away from home)
