Description of 1967 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210

1967 Chevy Bel Air 2-door Sedan

Selling my 1967 Chevy Bel Air 2-door Sedan. I bought this car back in November '18 for a 396 big block project though being a new dad my priorities have changed. The Bel Air was sitting since 1996 when a brake hose burned against the tail pipe and the owner parked it. After a little effort I got the 283 running with fresh spark plugs, points, distributor cap, rotor, coil and fresh oil change and coolant. The 283 runs amazing and does not smoke at all.The carb stud bolts on the front were broken and exhaust noise is coming from there though still runs great. Theradiator was missing when I got it and compromised with a 1969 camaro radiator I got to fit.One of the transmission cooler lines leaks at the fitting into the radiator a tad. Thetransmission is a powerglide and shiftsand the rear end is a 10 Bolt non posi traction. I replaced the rear brake shoes because the drums were off when I got it. The gas tank should be drained and cleaned as well (has old gas though I added 4 gallons of fresh gas).

The body needs some TLC though believeit or not the quarterpanels are decent and the trunk, floors (exception of the passenger side floor see pics) are in decent shape as well(few small holes in the trunk see pics). The frame is clean and straightas are the rocker panels. Thetop of the windshield framehas rustas do the rear window area and bottom of front fenders. The battery tray is rusted and needs replacement as well. The driver's door latch is stuck and will not open as the window won't go all the way up. Interior needs to be reupholstered though all there.

I am selling the Bel Air as a project car to someone who will truly appreciate it. I have the original paperwork from new including protecto plate, owners manual etc. The Bel Air was purchased new at Fields Chevrolet in Portland Oregon and never left the state until I purchased it. If you have any questions or pics before you bid please contact me. If you happen to be in the area (Seattle SODO district) or have a family or friend in the area please come by and inspect it thoroughly before you bid as well. I have access to a hoist so the Bel Air can be inspected underneath as well.

The Bel Air has a clear title in my name. I will certify mail the title to the new owner only after funds have cleared. I will accept cashinperson or a certified cashiers check (I bank with Chase) though has to wait to clear before the Bel Air ships.A $300.00 non refundable deposit isrequired within48 hours after auction ends to the winning bidder. The rest of the balance is due within 7 days after auction endsto winning bidder.Zeroand negative feedback bidders contact me before bidding oryour bid will be canceled. The Bel Air is sold as is and where is meaning winning bidder is responsible for transport after funds clear at winning bidders cost.

Once again please contact me if you have any questions or pics before you bid, thank you
